Yves Tourigny Interview

Here’s an interview with Yves Tourigny, a talented artist and designer. I’m honored that he’s created a site that is a kind of repository/concordance related to my weird fiction. He’s also doing fantastic work with Jeff VanderMeer and Matthew Bartlett.

Here’s a piece I treasure:

me and athena, 10-15art by Yves Tourigny (based on photo by Jessica M)

  1. Jonathan Sprague says:

That portrait is beautiful. As a lover of cosmic horror and our four legged friends, I was quite moved. I have one question: is the pooch in the portrait your dog who passed away a few years ago? If so, what a memorium.

    • Laird says:

Thanks, Jonathan. No, the dog who died belonged to my girlfriend. This picture is of Athena; she’ll be fifteen this fall.
