Twelve, eh? She barely looks a day over five! Happy Birthday Athena!!
I love goggies, Athena is very cute!!!…wait, am I allowed to type cute things on the blog of the man who wrote “The Hand of Glory”?? Won’t the interwebs implode?
Yes, I am afraid the internet is doomed!
Our dog just died on her 13th birthday, 10/ 20/ 14, and we miss her so much. I cared for her more than any of my ‘blood’ relatives.
My deepest sympathy to you Bruce. Our dogs earn such a special place in our hearts and our spirits.
I am sorry, Bruce. My dog is family.
Hi Laird! A little late but I wanted to with a very happy birthday to the lovely Athena. I had a piggy old girl that passed away recently, and though it’s still sad it can’t overshadow the love, joy, and outrageous excitement she brought to my life. Athena is very lucky to have someone like you looking out for here, and from looking at that beautiful face of hers I suspect you’re pretty lucky as well. So best to you and her and here’s to many more years!
BTW, new dog loves ‘The Croning’, he ate it twice!
Thanks, Kevin. Your new dog is a hell of a critic.. 😉
